This retreat will be all inclusive of:

5 nights / 6 days of lodging at the 5 star Senhora Da Rosa Resort
3 delicious and locally sourced meals per day (with the exception of two lunches on your own)
2 guided half day excursions with amazing picnic lunches (think all levels hiking to some of the best vistas on the island, hot springs visits, and exploration of local towns)
2 daily yoga classes with Tracy
Roundtrip airport transfers from Ponta Delgada (PDL), and only a 15 min drive from the airport to our resort!
